Screaming Cougar

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 oz Catamount Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
• 1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
• 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
• 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
• Orange slice and brandied cherry for garnish

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and brandied cherry.
