Mint Julep

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Colter's Run Bourbon Whiskey
• 1/2 oz bourbon maple syrup
• 2 sprigs of fresh mint

METHOD
Muddle one sprig of mint with bourbon maple syrup in a pint glass. Fill the glass with some crushed ice, 1 oz of bourbon and bitters. Stir until glass frosts. Pour into serving glass or mint julep cup. Top with remaining bourbon, more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint. Insert a straw into the ice and enjoy!
