Folsom Prison Booze

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Grand Teton Malt Whiskey
• 1 oz Punt e Mes Aperitivo Originale
• 1/4 oz Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup*
• 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
• Dollop of fig butter(.25oz approx.)
• Orange peel garnish

METHOD
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass and dry stir to allow fig butter to dissipate. Add ice and stir a second time. Then strain and serve up in coup with orange twist.

*Simple is equal parts honey and water with cinnamon sticks brought to a slow roll
