We provide FREE ground shipping in the U.S. on all non-liquor items when the cart price is over $35 for the combined non-liquor items. When ordering liquor it is best to order an even amount of bottles: 2, 4, 6, or 12. It costs approximately the same to ship 1 bottle as it does 4 bottles. If you have a business address we can ship to, you can save an additional $10-15 on shipping, or you can ship to a nearby FedEx location.

• Items may be returned if they are UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED within 30 days. All refunds will be issued to original form of payment.
• Enclose items in a sturdy box or bubble-padded envelope.
• Include your original invoice, and items you're returning.
• We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment.
• Please note: return shipping charges are non-refundable

Unfortunately there is not much we can do to prevent lost shipments. We do not issue exchanges or refunds for lost shipments. We may issue a store credit but that is on a case by case basis. If you feel this is you, please contact us right away at service@tetondistillery.com.

Yes, in order to provide the best service we ask that you create an account with Grand Teton Distillery with your first order. There is no charge to create an account with Grand Teton Distillery and you will receive the following benefits:

• The ability to track your order status and review order history
• Shopping carts that never expire
• Create and share wishlists
• Write and manage product reviews

If you are not logged in to your Grand Teton Distillery account, items in your shopping cart are generally saved for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you last visited Grand Teton Distillery your cart is emptied. Grand Teton Distillery uses cookies to store your shopping cart information. If you clear your browser's cache or delete your cookies your shopping cart is emptied. To prevent this in the future you can create a free Grand Teton Distillery account and your shopping cart will never expire.

If you do have a Grand Teton Distillery account, make sure you are logged in to view your shopping cart. If you are not logged in to your account you will not be able to see the items saved in your shopping cart.

During the checkout process you can select PayPal as your payment option. Once you choose PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete your purchase. We cannot accept PayPal over the phone because you must login to your PayPal account to complete the transaction.

Examine the page URL (address) during encrypted log-in or purchase pages. The site will have "https:" in the secure URLs, which lets you know that the page is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layers, a type of protocol that protects information entered. Current web browsers will have either a lock symbol or the company name to the right or left of the address bar. Sometimes this lock symbol is at the bottom of the window. Click (or double-click) on the symbol to see details of the site's security.

• Orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
• Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Your order should arrive approximately 2-7 days after being processed.

An email will be sent to you confirming we have received your order, and again after we have shipped it. You can also view your Account page. The lower section will have your order information, including the status of your order.

Yes, we sell our products in our distillery tasting room: 1755 N. Highway 33 Driggs, ID 83422.

We are an Idaho based business, therefore a 6% sales tax is applied to all orders in Idaho. There is no tax for orders shipped to other states. However, you are responsible to know the laws regarding shipment of spirits to your locality and any state or district taxes that you are responsible for this purchase. If we do not charge you tax and there is a state or district tax you will be responsible for reporting and paying it yourself.

Coupon codes may be applied in your shopping cart or during the checkout process. Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed. All coupon codes are limited 1 per customer per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All coupon codes are applicable after volume discounts are applied. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupon offers. Your satisfaction is important to us, so if you are having trouble using a coupon code please email service@tetondistillery.com. Please include the description of offer, the code itself, and the issue you are experiencing.

Products cannot be shipped to a APO, FPO, PO Box or international.
