INGREDIENTS

- 1 1/2 oz Grand Teton Potato Vodka
- 3-4 oz Aperol
- Top of with fresh grapefruit juice
- lemon wedge
- 1 tsp simple syrup (optional)
- salt (optional)
METHOD
Pour vodka and Aperol into rocks glass over ice. Stir gently and top with grapefruit juice. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Too tart? Add the simple syrup, stir again, and serve. To turn it into a Salty Dog, moisten the rim of the glass and dip in salt.
