There are other distillery courses out there, but none have built a distillery and produced a Double Gold Medal spirit in less than a year. We have and we can show you how it's done!

Just across Teton Pass from Jackson Hole and one hour south of the West Gate to Yellowstone. Fly to Jackson Hole or Idaho Falls airports, or Salt Lake City is just 3 hours south. Limited to 1-on-1 training for hands on distilling on a 32 ft reflux column still and a 500 gallon hybrid pot still with a short copper column.

Where To Stay

There are two motels, a Best Western and a Super 8, 2-3 star level, just a few hundred yards from the Distillery. Both serve breakfast. Right in downtown just 1 mile south of the Distillery is a modest and very friendly Bed & Breakfast called The Pines. Further down the Valley, about 7 miles and 10 minutes away is a luxury resort, Teton Springs. It is a 4-5 star resort with a nice restaurant, a Spa and a golf course. Lone Elk Lodge is also in that area and offers a discount to Distillery attendees. There is another motel in Victor, about 5 miles south called the Cowboy Roadhouse Lodge and a Bed and Breakfast, the Fox Creek Inn. The following is a list with phones and links to their websites. Jackson Hole is across the Teton Pass about 40 minutes. If you have trouble with reservations, please call the Distillery and we will help you with arrangements.

How to Get Here

There is a B Level FAA business airport in Driggs, adjacent to the Distillery, with a 7200 foot runway, capable of jet traffic.

For commercial flights, fly into either Jackson Hole (JAC) or Idaho Falls (IDA) on Delta, US Air, United, or American. Fly into Salt Lake City (SLC) (3 hr. south) and take a shuttle to nearby Rexburg. Or rent a car and drive 3 hours north. There are flights from Las Vegas (LAS) and Phoenix (PHX) on Allegiant Air as well as the majors, Delta, United, American, etc. into Idaho Falls. Both airports are equal distant from Driggs. With advance notice, we can arrange pickup at the airport or in Rexburg; but, you may want a rental car.

Yellowstone and Teton National Parks are an hour away and well worth a visit while you are in the area.

The Yellowstone-Grand Teton Loop is a 260 mile drive It can be done easily in a day if you start early, with plenty of time for a picnic beside the river inside the Park. This drive is designated as one the Ten Most Scenic Drives in the West by National Geographic.

It takes you through Jackson Hole, Yellowstone National Park including Old Faithful, Teton National Park, and right in front of Grand Teton Distillery, where your course will be conducted.
